Hello and welcome! I’m Nikola, the founder of Tide and Flame, A proud Palawa woman living in Naarm.

My vision is simple yet powerful. To give the gift of self-care and, in doing so, fund our journey toward creating a safe space and healing sanctuary for all.

As a healer, Sound Healer and Reader,  I am deeply passionate about holistic wellness. My dream is to offer a range of healing services that provide not just physical nourishment, but emotional and spiritual healing as well. This vision is at the heart of everything we do at Tide and Flame.

We sell more than just products  each product is a step toward building a space where people can grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Each carefully curated box supports your journey toward relaxation, balance, and renewal with love, intention, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel whole.
